2 measures bourbon
1 tbsp sugar syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: orange slice
How to make: add all the ingredients to an old-fashioned glass and add 5-6 cubes of ice. Stir continuously for 30 seconds, gradually adding in more ice, 1 cube ice at time.
1 1/2 measures white rum
3/4 measure lime juice
3/4 measure sugar syrup
2 dashes angostura bitters
Chilled champagne to top
Serve in a coupette glass

How to make: Add all the ingredients except champagne into shaker, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled coupette glass, top with champagne.
3/4 measure vodka
3/4 measure tomato juice
4 drops tabasco sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Pinchi of celery salt and black pepper
1 fresh oyster
Serve in a rock or shot glass
Garnish: oyster shell
How to make: Add all the ingredients except the oyster to a shaker, shake vigorously and double strain into a rocks or shot glass. Drop the oyster and enjoy!
2 measures gin
2 measures link grapefruit juice
2 tsp orgeat
2 dashes angostura bitters
4 orange slices
Serve in a rocks glass
Garnish: orange slice
How to make: Muddle the orange slices and orgeat in a rocks glass with bottom of a rolling pin, add the remaining ingredients, fill with crushed ice and churn.
