New York Sour
2 measures bourbon
3/4 measure lemon juice
3/4 measure sugar syrup
1/2 measure egg white
1 measure red wine
Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: lemon wedge
How to make: Ass all the ingredients except red wine to a shaker and 'dry shake' without ice for 10 seconds, then take the shaker apart and add cubed ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice, the carefully pour over the red wine.
