3/4 measure lemon juice
1/2 measure peach liquor
1/2 measure egg white

How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker and vigorously 'dry shake' without ice for 10 seconds. Take the shaker apart, add cubed ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
