Ginger ale to top

How to make: Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filed with cubed ice.
Perfect Lady
1 1/2 measures gin
3/4 measure lemon juice
1/2 measure peach liquor
1/2 measure egg white
Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: naked
How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker and vigorously 'dry shake' without ice for 10 seconds. Take the shaker apart, add cubed ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Pink Gin
2 measures gin
2 dash angostura bitters
Still water to top
Serve in a wine glass
Garnish: grapefruit slice
How to make: add all the ingredients to a wine glass filled with cubed ice. Stir briefly and top with still water.
Passion Fruit Margarita
1 1/2 measures gold tequila
1 measure cointreau
3/4 lime juice
1/2 measure passion fruit syrup
Serve in a margarita glass
Garnish: half passionfruit
