1 1/2 measures gold tequila
1 measure cointreau
1 measure lime juice
1 tsp sugar syrup
Serve in a margarita glass
Garnish: lemon wheel/ wedge
How to make: add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled margarita glass
Manhattan
2 measures rye whiskey
1 measure sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters
Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: cocktail cherry and orange twist
How to make: Add all the ingredients into a coupette glass filled with cubed ice stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Mojito
2 measures white rum
8 mint leaves
8 lime wedges
2 tsp caster sugar
Soda water to top
Serve in a highball glass
Garnish: mint sprig
How to make: Muddle the mint, lime and sugar in the bottom of a highball glass with a rolling pin, add the rum and stir well. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and churn virogrously. Top with soda water
Mudslide
1 measure vodka
1 measure kahlua
1 measure baileys Irish cream
Serve in a hurricane glass
Garnish: cocoa powder
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled hurricane glass.
Moscow Mule
2 measures vodka
1 measure lime juice
ginger beer to top
Serve in a highball glass
Garnish: mint sprig and lemon wheel
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with cubed ice, and top with ginger beer.
Maid

Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: cucumber slices and mint sprig
