1/2 measure raspberry liquor
1/2 measure dutch cacao white creme de cacao
1/2 measure single cream
1/2 measure whole milk
Serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish: raspberry
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass

1 measure gold gin
1/2 measure lemon juice
1/2 measure sugar syrup
Chilled champagne to top
Serve in a champagne flute
Garnish: lemon twist
How to make: Shake first three ingredients to a shaker and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne.
Fino Highball
1 measure gin
1 measure fino sherry
1/2 measure lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
1 measure orange juice
Tonic water to top
Serve in a chilled highball glass
Garnish: lemon wedge
How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake and pour into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Top with tonic water.

1 measure light rum
1 measure cognac
1/2 measure gin
1/2 measure sherry
1/2 measure orgeat
3/4 measure lemon juice
2 measures orange juice
