How to make :Pour the absinthe into the champagne flute, the slowly top with the chilled champagne, no garnish.

Dirty Martini

2 1/2 measures vodka
1/4 measure dry vermouth
1/2 measure olive brine

Serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish: olives
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, and fill with cubed ice. Stir for 30 seconds, and strain into a chilled martini glass.

1 1/2 measures tequila
1 measure lime juice
1/2 measure sugar syrup
1/2 measure strawberry liquor

Serve in a chilled coupette glass
Garnish: lime wedge and half strawberry
How to make: add first three ingredients to a chilled coupette glass with crushed ice. Churn and float with strawberry liquor over the top.

2 measures light rum
1/2 measure sugar syrup
3/4 measure lemon juice
2 tsp passion fruit syrup
2 tsp campari

Serve in a chilled coupette glass
Garnish: orange twist
