How to make: add first 5 ingredients to a highball glass and muddle. Top with soda water.

How to make: add all the ingredients to a shaker, shake vigorously and double strain in to a chilled coupette glass

8 lime wedges
2 tsp caster sugar
Serve in a rock glass
Garnish: lime wedge
How to make: Add the lime wedges and sugar to the bottom of a rock glass and muddle together. Pour in the cachaca, fill the glass with crushed ice and churn vigorously.

1 measure egg white
Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: raspberries
How to make: add all the ingredients to the shaker and vigorously dry shake without ice 10 seconds. Take the shaker apart, add cubed ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupette glass

3/4 measure cointreau
1/2 measure lime juice
1 1/2 cranberry juice
Serve in a chilled martini glass
