1 measure cointreau
1/2 measure lemon juice

How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously and strain into a chilled maritni glass

3/4 measure dry vermouth
2 tbsp maraschino
2 dashes orange bitters
Serve in an martini glass
Garnish: lemon twist
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, and fill with cubed ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Zombie
1 1/2 measures light rum
1 1/2 measures dark rum
1 1/2 measures velvet falernum
1 1/2 measures overproof rum
3/4 measure lime juice
1/2 measure grenadine
2 measures grapefruit juice
2 dashes absinthe
1 dash angostura bitter
Serve in a hurricane glass
Garnish: lime slices, cocktail cherry and mint sprig
How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously and strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
