1 tsp absinthe or pernod
Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: lemon wedge
How to make: Pour the vodka into an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice. Add the absinthe, stir briefly.
Infante
2 measures gold tequila
3/4 measure lime juice
1/2 measure orgeat
Serve in a rocks glass
Garnish: cheese slice
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, shake and stain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice
Ivy Gimlet
2 measures vodka
1 measure lime juice
3/4 measure sugar syrup
8 mint leaves
Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: lime twist
How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously and double stain into a chilled coupette glass
Italian Heather
2 measures Scottish whisky
1 measure galliano
Serve in a martini glass
Garnish: lemon twist
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with cubed ice. Stir for 30 seconds, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
