5 measures tomato juice
0.5 mesure lemon juice
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 tbsp horseradish cream
pinch of salt and cracked black pepper
Serve in a highball glass
Garnish: celery stick, lemon wedge and green olives
How to make: add all the ingredients to a highball glass, stirring in cubed ice as you go

How to make: add the ingredients to a blender and blend with a handful of cubed ice

1 measure sweet vermouth
1 measure campari
Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: lemon twist
How to make: Fill an old-fashioned glass with cubed ice and add al the ingredients
1 3/4 measure gin
0.5 measure cointreau
3/4 measure lemon juice
1 tsp orange marmalade
Serve in a chilled martini glass
Garnish: orange twist and quarter of toast
How to make: add all the ingredients to the shaker and give the liquor a quick stir to break up the marmalade. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
