Tequila Sunrise

2 measures gold tequila
4 measures fresh orange juice
2 tsp grenadine

Serve in a hurricane glass
Garnish: orange slice
How to make: Add the tequila and orange juice to a hurricane glass filled with cubed ice. Carefully drizzle the grenadine over the top of the drink, to create a sunrise effect.

Texas Tea

1 measure tequila
1 measure white rum
1/2 measure cointreau
1/2 measure sugar syrup
1/2 measure lemon juice
1 measure orange juice
2 measures cold fruit tea

Serve in an highball glass
Garnish: orange and lemon slices , mint sprig
How to make: Add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously and strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice.

Trader Vic's Mai Tai

1 1/2 measures gold rum
3/4 measure cointreau
3/4 measure lime juice
2 tsp orgeat
1tsp sugar syrup

Serve in a rocks glass
Garnish: lime slice, cocktail cherry and mint sprig

Serve in a coupette glass
