1 measure cherry brandy
1 measure dry vermouth

Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: naked
How to make: add all the ingredients to the shaker, and fill with cubed ice. Stir 30 seconds, and stain into a chilled coupette glass.

1 measure creme de cassis
Chilled sparkling wine to top

Serve in a champagne flute
Garnish: naked
How to make: Pour the creme de cassis into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine

Kentucky River

2 measures bourbon
1/2 measure white creme de cacao
2 dashes peach bitters

Serve in an old-fashioned glass
Garnish: lemon twist
How to make: Add all the ingredients to an old-fashioned glass filled with cubed ice, stir well.
