1 1/2 measures dark rum
1/2 measure campari
1 1/2 measure pineapple juice
1/2 lime juice
1/2 sugar syrup
Serve in a rocks glass
Garnish: pineapple slice
How to make: add all the ingredients to the shaker, shake vigorously and double strain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice.

2 measures apple brandy, applejack or calvados
3/4 measure lime juice
1/2 measure grenadine
Serve in a martini glass
Garnish: lemon wedge
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a shaker, shake vigorously and double stain into a chilled martini glass
Jalisco Swizzle
1 measures tequila
1 measure gold rum
1 measure passion fruit juice
1/2 measure lime juice
1/4 measure sugar syrup
3 dashes angostura bitter
Soda water to top
Serve in a highball glass
Garnish: lime wedge and mint sprig
How to make: Add all the ingredients to a highball glass, fill the glass with crushed ice. Add a splash of soda water and top up with crushed ice.

1 1/2 measures gin
3/4 measure lemon juice
3/4 measure cointreau
2tsp campari
Serve in a coupette glass
Garnish: lemon twist
